The 20 MW extension to the solar farm at the site, consisting of 37,000 additional solar panels, has been successfully completed. This marks a significant milestone in Nissan’s journey toward carbon neutrality. As a result, 20 percent of the plant’s energy now comes from onsite renewables, generating enough clean energy to produce every zero-emission Nissan LEAF sold in Europe.
